Why the Sugar Focus?

As a Nation (indeed globally as a species!), we are consuming more SUGAR than we have ever done.

 

And often WITHOUT KNOWING it.

This is causing serious health problems - 4.3 million people in the UK now have DIABETES, & as many as another 7 million are PRE-DIABETIC - many don't even know.

SUGAR has a major impact on the quality of our everyday lives:

- We put on and can't lose WEIGHT

- Poor SLEEP

- Low / variable MOOD

- Low ENERGY levels & crashes

- Messes with HORMONES (especially during Menopause)

- Exacerbates symptoms of existing INFLAMMATORY conditions
